Electrical rooms are not labeled on drawings or outside of space
Our Solution
We take your most recent set of floor plan drawings and walk the entire facility to record every panel for your team. When we find panels which aren't labeled on your drawings, we bring them to your attention and work with you to correct the information.
Accurate placement and notation of all electrical rooms will be identified on each drawing.
Panels located in random hallways or closets
Our Solution
During our survey of the entire facility to accurately locate and record every electrical panel, we pay special attention to locate all panels (including the ones orphaned by the renovation that happened 10 years ago). We then bring these panels to your attention and work with you to accurately locate, catalog and label them on your documentation.
Individual panels would be identified on each drawing.
Large campuses may have multiple facilities and need to limit access to certain locations
Our Solution
Within your password protected portal, you will be able to grant each user custom permissions. For a mechanic who manages multiple facilities, they can be given access to see all of their facilities when they log in to their individualized dashboard. For users who only need access to the information for one facility on a larger campus, their login credential can be restricted to only see the facility for which they are responsible.

Eason Digital Solutions exists today because there has been a glaring need for a modern, accessible diagnostic representation of every hospital’s electrical system for far too long. Not only is it impractical and inconvenient to not have correct, accessible electrical system data, it is lawfully dangerous and potentially deadly. As a former electrical contractor for a major metropolitan hospital system, Chad Eason desired to rectify this situation by converting the plans for the hospital’s electrical system into a digital, online format, and soon saw efficiency, compliance, and functionality skyrocket for his facility. From experience, Mr. Eason knew that nearly every other hospital in the metropolitan area was in the same situation, and would greatly benefit from his process, as would many other facility types. Thus began what is known today as Eason Digital Solutions.
